Got on the scale after I woke up this morning and it originally said 239. Kind of bummed when I saw that, but I noticed when I got off the scale that is was slightly off from zero. So after readjusting it I got back on and it said 236!! That's a 4.5 lb difference from last weigh in. Of course I had to make sure it was correct so I stepped off and on again several times, making sure that it went back to zero every time.
My only concern is that the weight I lost might be from muscle mass deteriorating. I was not able to meet my calorie goals at all last week so my body might be in starvation mode. This will cause my body to take energy from muscle mass instead of converting it from the massive amounts of stored fat. I'm going to GNC or any health store around to see if I can find some sort of protein shake or health bar that's completely balanced in nutrients, but will allow me to meet my daily calorie goal.
I must trick my body into getting rid of the right stuff!
